We take the utmost care in the supply of your orders .

Essential oils are supplied in appropriate containers (Amber glass or Aluminium bottles or lacquer lined mild steel drums). Floral waters, Carrier oils & all other products are supplied in food grade HDPE or PET plastic containers. All bulk and hazardous products are dispatched according to appropriate ADR, IMO or IATA regulations.

Delivery of you order will be charged according to gross weight of the package and will be dispatched using the most appropriate service.

We recommend that you request delivery of your parcel by Royal Mail Signed For, Special Delivery, or Courier for insurance purposes in case of loss or damage.


Your order can be delivered to your premises using a range of services including Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, UK Mail Air Express or Road Express, FedEx, UPS Air and Sea Freight.
